To respect everyone’s time, we do enforce a strict no show fee. Appointments that don’t show up to their scheduled appointment or cancel less than 2 hours before will be charged 100% of the service booked. By continuing to book, you agree to these terms. Please note we have a strict 5 minute late policy and appointments arriving later than 0:05-0:35 will be considered a no show appointment. If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please call the shop’s phone number. We do not respond to emails.
